My Gloucestershire Holiday (Part 3)

On a boat at Bath
Its Wednesday and I am not at Strumpshaw. Instead, I was on a boat for a ride along the river at Bath. It was a short tour to Bathampton and back to the weir at Bath. It was a relaxing trip, but was just what was needed after a couple of hours walking around Bath. I even saw a kingfisher sitting on a wall by the river's edge near the end of our tour, but it flew off just as I was about to take a photo of it. Here's what we saw from the boat...

Bath's famous weir
Juvenile Herring Gull
Black-headed Gull
Feral Pigeon
Grey Wagtail

Mallards
Mute Swan
