Nov 4th Catton Park

Blue Tit
This morning, I went for a walk around Catton Park to stretch my legs and get some fresh air. That said, I spent a good while sitting and watching the local birds come down for a bath at the pond. Another moment of interest was while watching a flock of long-tailed tits dart around within the dense branches of a few shrubs at one corner of the park and being startled by a sparrowhawk that came out of nowhere from the same trees, unsuccessfully catching anything. Here's what I've seen today...

Great Tit
Chaffinch
Carrion Crow
Jay
Long-tailed Tit
Magpie
Grey Squirrel
Field Scabious
Some kind of fungi I found at the edge of the field

Some kind of Bonnet Fungi

Spindle Berry
